Yoro Diakité

Yoro Diakité ( October 17, 1932 - June 13, 1973 ) was a military and politician in Mali . From November 19, 1968 to September 18, 1969, he was Prime Minister of the country. From February 7, 1969 to September 10, 1970 Hamacire N'doure was his successor. After he was accused of organizing a 1971 coup against Moussa Traoré , he was sentenced to life imprisonment. On June 13, 1973 Diakité died under unexplained circumstances in a prison camp near Taoudenni .
