Outeiro da Vinha is a village in the southeast of the Portuguese district of Seia ( Guarda district ). It is a locality of the municipality of Alvoco da Serra .
geography
The place is in the western foothills of the Serra de Estrela . It is accessible by road 231 and is halfway between Alvoco da Serra and Vasco Esteves de Baixo .
history
In 1931 the Capela de Nossa Senhora de Fátima was built at the instigation of José Francisco and José Firmino .
