The Outlawz , also known as Outlaw Immortalz or just Outlawz (dt. Lawless ) is an American hip-hop group from the environment of the rapper Tupac Shakur . Some of their stage names refer to dictators of world history ( Gaddafi , Idi Amin , Castro , Napoleon , Mussolini , Hussein and Khomeini ).

history

In 1992 Yaki Kadafi , EDI Mean, Kastro and Napoleon founded the Dramacydal group. Soon Hussein Fatal and Young Noble joined them. After Tupac was released from prison in 1995, the group was renamed Outlawz Immortalz.

They made their first major appearance in Tupac's video Holla If Ya Hear Me . With Moozaliny , Komani and Storm , the Outlawz then joined three members of Tupac's group Thug Life , so that the group finally comprised ten members.

After the fatal assassination attempt on Tupac Shakur and the death of Yaki Kadafi in 1996, the group's future was unclear. They called themselves then just Outlawz. With the release of the album Still I Rise in 1999, the Outlawz became known worldwide. In the following years various artists left the group, so that today only EDI Mean and Young Noble exist as the Outlawz.

In 2006 a mixtape with Dead Prez called Can't Sell Dope Forever was released .

In 2007 Young Buck offered the Outlawz a record deal with his label and signed them in a row.
