Oyuklu ( Kurmanji : Taqa) is a jesidisches village in the southeast of Turkey . The village is located about 10 km east of Midyat in the Midyat district of the same name in the Mardin province . The place is located in the Tur Abdin mountain range in Southeast Anatolia .

Oyuklu is about 1.3 km northwest of Yenice (Xerabya). After Midyat in the northwest is about 8 km.
History and population
The original name of the village is Taqa (or Taka). The villages were renamed as a result of the Turkishization of geographical names in Turkey . Oyuklu is now a largely abandoned village. The village had an exclusively Yazidi population.
