Ozero Diatomovoe (English transcription from Russian Озеро Диатомовое Osero Diatomowoje , German ' Kieselalgensee ' ; Norwegian Diatomovoevatnet ) is a lake on the Princess Astrid coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the center of the Schirmacher Oasis, it is located in the western part of Sundsvassheia .

Russian scientists named it after the diatoms found here .
