Pål Svensson (born July 5, 1950 in Gothenburg ) is a Swedish sculptor .

life and work

Svensson studied sculpture at the Valand Art School in Gothenburg from 1971 to 1975 . In 1983 he was a sculpture symposium invited to the black-Swedish edited. In 1985 he held his first solo exhibition at the ROTOR gallery in Gothenburg. The materials that Svensson works are natural stone and steel ; his style is geometric and abstract.

In 2001 Svensson received the Göteborgs Spårvägars Kulturpris .
