The Płoska is a smaller left tributary of the Supraśl , which in turn flows into the Narew , in Poland .

The 23.6 km long river rises near the village Grabówka (Gmina Supraśl ) in the Podlaskie province on the eastern edge of the city of Białystok and first flows east and then north through the Landscape Park Landscape Park Puszczy Knyszyńskiej until near the village Krzemienne ( Gmina Supraśl) flows into the Supraśl. The catchment area is given as 216 km², the mean discharge with 0.92 m³ / s at the mouth.
