The locomotives of the ET41 series of the Polish State Railways (PKP) are two-part electric locomotives for the transportation of freight trains .

As a successor to the ET40 series, the ET41 series (type designation 203E) was procured from 1977. It was developed from the EU07 series (type 4E) built between 1965 and 1974 by short-coupling two locomotives with a driver's cab on one side only. The missing driver's cabs were compensated for by ballast. The two halves of the locomotive are marked with "A" and "B" to distinguish them. Compared to the EU07 series, further changes have been made: corrugated side walls and preparation for the installation of automatic couplings.

The ET41 series was manufactured by Cegielski , while the EU07 series was built by Pafawag . By 1983, 200 locomotives of the ET41 series had been purchased. Due to the decline in freight traffic, it was decided to stop construction and instead continue to procure the EU07 series. The construction was continued by Cegielski, the innovations of the ET41 compared to the EU07 were retained (type 303E).

Three individual halves of ET41 were converted from 1990 to 1994 into the EU07‑537, -544 and -545.

In 2004, 163 ET41s were still in use. They are located in Czechowice , Czerwieńsk , Łazy , Nowy Sącz , Skarżysko and Wrocław and are mainly used in freight traffic between Silesia and the Baltic Sea ports.
