Career

society

Depending on the sources, the 1.76 meters or 1.83 meters tall midfield or defensive player Castro had been Bella Vistas' player since 2004 and played in a first division game (one goal) in the year that ended with relegation for his team. In the following season in 2005 he met in the Segunda División once in the Apertura and once in the Clausura in the opposing goal. Bella Vista won the Apertura that year, took first place in the overall table and returned as a promoted player in Uruguay's top division. In the 2005/06 season he completed 13 games (three goals), in the 2006/07 season 26 games (two goals) in the Primera División . In the 2007/08 season he was a member of the Portuguese club Académica Coimbra . Neither coach Manuel Machado nor his successor Domingo Paciencia granted Castro time there, whereupon he announced his return to Bella Vista in November 2007 on the grounds of the lack of match practice. In the Clausura 2008 he was back in the squad of the Uruguayan first division club. For the 2008/09 season, nine first division games (no goal) at Bella Vista are again recorded for him. He then signed a one-year contract with Club Atlético Peñarol in late January 2010 , but was not used in the first team's league games in the 2009/10 season. In the 2010/11 season he completed two games (no goal) in the 2011 Clausura in the Primera División for Central Español . 2011 // 12 is reported about a station at the second division Villa Teresa . In the 2013/14 season he is listed as a player in the second division Club Atlético Torque and came there that season from his first appearance on October 12, 2013 to the last game with his active participation on December 19, 2013 to seven appearances and one goal in the Segunda División . Neither in the 2014/15 season nor beyond (as of February 19, 2017) have there been any further career stations or assignments for him.
