Pablo Orbaiz Lesaka (born February 6, 1979 in Pamplona ) is a former Spanish football player .

Career

Pablo Orbaiz began his career with the largest club in his hometown Pamplona , the CA Osasuna . After four years in the first team of the team from the unofficial Basque capital, Orbaiz went to the renowned Athletic Bilbao in 2000 - a year after he won the U-20 World Cup with the Spanish U20 national team . In eleven years at Athletic, he made 264 league games and ten goals.

Pablo Orbaiz signed a contract with Greek record champions Olympiacos Piraeus in the summer of 2011 , which he left after a year and moved to Rubin Kazan in the Russian Premier League .

Since 2002, Pablo Orbaiz has played four times for the Spanish national team , but has not been considered for any major tournament.
