Pakul (Ukrainian and Russian Пакуль ) is a village in the Ukrainian Chernihiv Oblast with about 800 inhabitants.
The 1610 first written mention the village, together with the villages Lyneja (Линея) Papirnja (Папірня) Pylnja (Пильня) Rudnia (Рудня) Zavod (Завод) and Semenjahiwka (Семенягівка) of the same district municipality in Raion Chernihiv .
Pakul located on the banks of the river Pakulka (Пакулька), a right tributary of the Dnipro , 36 kilometers west of Oblastzentrum and Rajonszentrum Chernihiv .
