The Palacio Vistalegre is an indoor arena in the district of Carabanchel in Madrid , Spain , among others, for bullfighting , basketball and concerts is used.

history

On the grounds of the Palacio Vistalegre, the bullring Plaza de Toros de Carabanchel was built in 1908 . 1980, after 72 years of operation, the arena stood empty for 16 years before it was demolished in 1996 to make way for a modern multifunctional arena with a focus on bullfighting. The hall, which was opened in 2000 and has a movable roof, offers space for between 14,000 and 15,000 spectators and has 1,500 parking spaces.

The Palacio Vistalegre is located in the Carabanchel district of Madrid and can be reached via metro line 5 (Vista Alegre station) and bus lines 17, 34, 35, 55, 81 and 118.
