Pan Feihong

Pan Feihong ( Chinese 潘飞鸿 * 17th July 1989 in Rui'an ) is a Chinese lightweight - rower .

Pan Feihong made her debut in 2010 in the Rowing World Cup , she competed in the lightweight double sculls and in the quadruple sculls without weight restrictions. At the 2010 and 2011 World Championships , she finished seventh in the lightweight double scull together with Huang Wenyi . In 2012, Pan Feihong rowed with Liu Jing , but Huang Wenyi and Xu Dongxiang competed in the 2012 Olympic Games and won the silver medal. In 2013 Pan Feihong took third place in the double scull with no weight limit at the World Cup in Eton together with Xu Diongxiang.

After a year break, Pan Feihong returned to the World Cup in 2015 and won the lightweight double scull with Chen Cuiming at the World Cup in Bled. With a seventh place at the 2015 World Championships , Pan Feihong and Chen Cuiming secured the right to start the 2016 Olympic Games. In the Olympic season, Pan Feihong and Huang Wenyi won the World Cup in Varese. In the final of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, the two Chinese women won the bronze medal behind the boats from the Netherlands and Canada.
