Panagia ( Greek Παναγία , ( f. Sg. ); Official name Dimotiki Enotita Panagias , Δημοτική Ενότητα Παναγίας) is a district of the municipality of Aristotelis, formed in 2011, in the east of the Chalkidiki peninsula in the Greek region of Central Macedonia . Panagia was created in 1997 as part of the Greek local government reform Schedio Kapodistrias in 1997 by amalgamating the previously independent municipalities Megali Panagia, Pyrgadikia and Gomati.
