Paolo Bollini (* 1960 ) is a San Marinese politician.

Bollini was twice one of the two Capitani Reggenti (heads of state) of San Marino. His first term lasted from October 1, 1998 to April 1, 1999, his second from April 1 to October 1, 2004. He is a member of the socialist party Partito Socialista Sammarinese .
