Papyrus 100 (after Gregory-Aland with Sigel 100 hereinafter) is an early Greek copy of the New Testament . This papyrus manuscript of the epistle of James contains only verses 3, 13-4, 4; 4.9-5.1. It was dated to the 3rd or 4th century by means of paleography .

The Greek text of the Codex represents the Alexandrian text type . The text generally agrees with the Alexandrian Witnesses, 74 , א, A , and B match.

The manuscript is currently on display in the Ashmolean Museum under the call number P. Oxy. 4449 kept at Oxford .
