Paragraph 78 - The Game of Death (OT: Russian Параграф 78 , transcribed Paragraph 78 ) is a Russian film by Mikhail Chleborodov , which was released in 2007. The film was split into two parts. Paragraph 78, point 1 was published on February 22, 2007, and paragraph 78, point 2 was published on March 29, 2007.
The script is based on a story by Iwan Ochlobystin .

In the future: soft drugs are legal and some countries have e.g. B. merged to the Asian Union and the Latin States of America . A group of mercenaries under the command of Goodwin breaks up due to the dispute with member Ski.
Five years later, things have changed significantly. Lisa left Ski and married Goodwin instead. Russia, the Asian Union and the Latin American countries monitor each other's compliance with the ban on weapons of mass destruction .
In a secret camp of the Russian Defense Ministry on an island in the Arctic Ocean , which is prohibited by international guidelines, an emergency arises that requires intervention. In order to prevent the other countries from discovering the base, Goodwin rounds up his old troops. Spam sits in jail and Luba works there as a guard. Festival hires itself out as a dealer of illegal drugs ( LSD ). Pai works in a casino , while Skif has turned into a drunkard.
Ultimately, the troop pulls themselves together and penetrates the closed laboratory, where it boils down to a game of life and death.
