The Parangalitsa Peak (English; Bulgarian връх Парангалица wrach Parangaliza ) is a 2700 m high mountain in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland . In the Sentinel Range of the Ellsworth Mountains , it forms 4 km southwest of Mount Waldron , 3.2 km west-northwest of Mount Tuck and 6.7 km east of Vanand Peak, the southern branch of the Veregava Ridge . The Dater Glacier is to the west and the Hansen Glacier is to the east.
American scientists mapped it in 1988. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2012 after the Parangaliza nature reserve in the Bulgarian Rila Mountains .
