Parelii ( Greek Παρέλιοι ( f. Sg. )) Is a municipality on the Greek island of Corfu . It was created as a parish in 1997 and merged into the newly formed parish of Kerkyra in 2010 , in which Parelii has since been one of 15 parish districts.

location

The parish of Parelii extends along the west coast of the Ionian island of Corfu over almost 49 km². Neighboring parishes are Paleokastritsa in the north, Kerkyra in the northeast and east and Achillio in the southeast and south.

Administrative division

The municipality Parelii ( Δήμος Παρελίων Dímos Parelíon ) was created in the course of the territorial reform in 1997 through the merger of ten rural communities. According to the 2010 administrative reform , Parelii was one of 15 parishes in the newly formed parish of Kerkyra .
