The Paril Saddle (English; Bulgarian Парилска седловина Parilska sedlowina ) is a 1390  m high mountain saddle on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . In the Friesland Ridge of the Tangra Mountains, it lies between St. Boris Peak in the northeast and Simeon Peak in the southwest. The Macy Glacier is east and southeast of it, the Huntress Glacier is west and northwest.

Bulgarian scientists mapped it between 1995 and 1996. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2006 after the village of Paril and a mountain saddle of the same name between the Pirin and Slavyanka Mountains in southwestern Bulgaria .
