The 67th Paris – Bourges 2017 was a French road bike race with start in Gien and finish in Bourges after 190.3 km . It took place on Thursday , October 5th, 2017 . It was also part of the UCI Europe Tour 2017 and classified there in category 1.1 .
The winner in the mass sprint was Frenchman Rudy Barbier from AG2R La Mondiale ahead of his compatriot Marc Sarreau from FDJ .

The start took place in Gien. After a hilly middle part of the route, the route was relatively flat. After about 190 kilometers, the classic ended in Bourges.
Race course
Shortly after the start, Sylvain Chavanel (France / Direct Energie) and Marco Mathis (Germany / Katusha Alpecin) tried to initiate an escape group. However, they were placed at km 15. At kilometer 18, four drivers broke away, including Anthony Delaplace . The outliers were able to break away and had a maximum of four minutes ahead of the field at kilometer 80. The lead then decreased until it was overtaken about five kilometers from the finish. In the end there was a mass sprint. The Frenchman Rudy Barbier from AG2R La Mondiale won it over his compatriot Marc Sarreau from FDJ .
