Marc Sarreau (born June 10, 1993 in Vierzon ) is a French cyclist who is active in road cycling .

Athletic career

Marc Sarreau won the bronze medal in the team pursuit at the 2010 European Junior Championships . The following year he again won bronze in the team pursuit and silver in scratch at the European Junior Championships . He was also the French junior champion in Madison with Julien Preau . In 2014 he drove on the road as a stagiaire for FDJ.fr, where he will be a professional from the following year. His first victory was on a stage of the Tour du Poitou-Charentes . At the Giro d'Italia 2016 he started his first Grand Tour , which he could not finish. In 2018, Sarreau won his first one-day race with La Roue Tourangelle .
