The Partido Timorense Democrático PTD ( German : Timorese Democratic Party ) is an East Timorese party. She will run for the 2012 parliamentary elections .

Members

The party chairman and general secretary is Aliança Conceição de Araújo . She was elected on July 14, 2011. Vice-President is Hercillia Guerra and Commission President Francisco Almeida .

The party was founded on May 28, 2008 and registered by the East Timorese Supreme Court on November 10, 2011.

In the parliamentary elections in 2012 , the PTD failed with only 2,561 votes (0.54%) at the three percent hurdle. She achieved the best result in what was then Ermera district with 0.78% of the vote.

In the 2017 parliamentary elections , the PTD received 661 votes, only 0.1% of the total, and failed to pass the four percent hurdle. No other party received less than 1,000 votes in the election.
