Pascal Schoofs (born March 31, 1988 in Esslingen am Neckar ) is a German ice hockey player who has been under contract with SC Bietigheim-Bissingen in the 2nd Bundesliga since 2006 . His brother Rene is also a professional ice hockey player.

Career

Pascal Schoofs began his career as an ice hockey player in the youth department of SC Bietigheim-Bissingen , for which he was active in the German youth league in the 2005/06 season . Since the 2006/07 season , the defender has been playing regularly for the club's professional team in the 2nd Bundesliga . His greatest success with the team was winning the second division championship in the 2008/09 season . From 2007 to 2009 he ran parallel for the Stuttgart EC in the fourth-class regional league .
