Pasquale Camerlengo (born April 14, 1966 in Milan , Lombardy ) is a former Italian figure skater who started in ice dancing . Today he works as a trainer and choreographer .

Camerlengo's first ice dance partner was Stefania Calegari . With her he was Italian champion in 1989 and from 1991 to 1993. The ice dancing couple took part in seven European championships and six world championships between 1986 and 1993 . They achieved their best placement in 1992 when they finished fourth in both the European and World Championships . In the same year Camerlengo and Calegari also played their only Olympic Games in Albertville . They finished her in fifth place. In 1993 the ice dancing couple separated.

Camerlengo tried again at the side of Diane Gerencser , took part with her at the European Championships in 1997 and 1998 , the World Championships in 1998 and the Olympic Games in 1998 , but could not achieve any top placements.

After completing his competitive career, Camerlengo began working alongside Anschelika Krylowa as a trainer and choreographer in Detroit . Today he is one of the most distinguished and sought-after choreographers. His students include Federica Faiella & Massimo Scali and Kaitlyn Weaver & Andrew Poje . Camerlengo choreographed a. a. Programs for Marie-France Dubreuil & Patrice Lauzon , Isabelle Delobel & Olivier Schoenfelder , Jessica Dubé & Bryce Davison , Stanick Jeannette , Jeremy Abbott , Daisuke Takahashi , Alissa Czisny , Tomáš Verner and Michal Březina .

Camerlengo and Krylowa are married and have two children.
