Olivier Schoenfelder (born November 30, 1977 in Belfort , Franche-Comté ) is a former French figure skater who started in ice dancing .

Schoenfelder started ice skating at the age of seven. His ice dance partner was Isabelle Delobel . They met at a training camp in 1990, following the advice of former ice dance world champions Irina Moissejewa and Andrei Minenkow . Delobel and Schoenfelder were trained in Lyon by Muriel Zazoui and Romain Haguenauer .

The French champions from 2003 to 2008 took part in all world championships in the period from 1998 to 2008 and, with the exception of 2002, also in all European championships . At European Championships they won the bronze medal in 2005 and the silver medal in 2008 . In 2007 they became European champions in Warsaw . They won a medal at world championships. In Gothenburg they won the gold medal at their last World Cup in 2008. In the 2008/2009 season they won the Grand Prix finals . Delobel and Schoenfelder took part in three Olympic Games . In 2002 they were sixteenth, in 2006 fourth and 2010 sixth. In 2010, despite injuries and Delobel's pregnancy, they returned for the Olympic Games, after which they announced their final retirement from competitive sports.

Schoenfelder studied journalism and worked a few times as a television commentator. In 2005 he married Isabelle Pécheur. The couple had a son in 2006. Schoenfelder works as a trainer in Lyon.
