The Pastor Husfeldt Park is one of Paul Husfeldt designated green space in the district Brunswik the Schleswig-Holstein state capital Kiel . The park between Adolfstrasse and Feldstrasse is part of the green tangent north and is approx. 6800 m² in size. The footpath through the green area, which connects Koldingstrasse with Feldstrasse, has been called Harro-Schulze-Boysen-Weg since November 2009 in honor of Harro Schulze-Boysen .

history

The renaming of the previously unnamed green space was decided on November 18, 1999 by the Kiel Council. At that time, the parking area extended from the school of scholars to the marine corridor , which led in the extension of the Schauenburgerstrasse to Feldstrasse. In 2009, three quarters of the old park area with the Karl Lennert Cancer Center of the University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein was built on in the northern part .
