Pat Zapletal
Pat Zapletal (born October 29, 1970 in Prague ) is an Austrian journalist , author and personal coach. She became known to a wide audience as the “ fitness trainer of the nation” in the ORF pre-evening illustrated “ Welcome Austria ”.
Life
Pat Zapletal graduated from high school in 1990 and then began studying psychology. In 1995 she completed the psychotherapeutic propaedeutic course. She has been working as a freelance fitness trainer and freelance journalist since 1996. From 2000 to 2004 she completed a degree in journalism with a degree in Mag. Phil.
Pat Zapletal worked as a columnist for the platform Wecarelife and was a frequent guest on radio and television. During a long-term stay in Los Angeles , she looked after various film stars, B. Leonardo DiCaprio in preparation for the film " The Beach ". In addition, she wrote several books on the subject of sport & health , holistic lifestyle and gender medicine . She is currently working on new projects with TV presenter Dieter Chmelar and actor Gerald Pichowetz .
