The small cellar Patat was opened by the 20 founders on October 3, 1996 after the renovation. Mainly cabaret performances, but also jazz concerts and other music events take place there. The stage is run by a 1000 member sponsoring association . The association and the events get by without subsidies , the work is financed by membership fees and donations . The kitchen crew, the counter service and all other employees do their work on a voluntary basis .
