Patrick Haider (born March 26, 1989 ) is a former Austrian soccer goalkeeper .

Career

Haider started his career at SK Sturm Graz . For the 2004/05 season he moved to the sixth class SVU Liebenau . After more than 50 games for Liebenau in the minor league , he moved to the 2007/08 season for regional division USV Allerheiligen . However, he was not used for All Saints' Day. Then he returned to Liebenau in January 2008 after six months at Allerheiligen.

In January 2009 he moved to the fifth class SV Thal . In five and a half seasons in the league , Haider completed 145 league games. For the 2015/16 season he moved to the regional division SC Kalsdorf . But he was not used for Kalsdorf.

After half a year at Kalsdorf, he moved to the sixth class Grazer AK in January 2016 . With the GAK he rose to the state league within two seasons . He played his first game in the fourth highest division in July 2017 against SC Liezen . In the 2017/18 season he played all 30 games in the regional league, in which you could become champions in that season and thus also advance to the regional league. He made his debut in the regional league in July 2018 against TuS Bad Gleichenberg . In the 2018/19 season he played 26 regional league games. With the GAK he was able to become champions for the fourth time in a row in that season and thus also move up to the 2nd division .

In July 2019, he made his debut in the second-highest division when he was in the starting line-up against Floridsdorfer AC on the first day of the 2019/20 season. During the winter break that season, he ended his career at the age of 30.
