Patrick Schneider (athlete, 1972)

Patrick Schneider (born December 21, 1972 in Stuttgart ) is a former German athlete.

He was a sprinter of SV Salamander Kornwestheim (LG Salamander Kornwestheim). In the German national athletics team, he came to nine missions.

Due to his starting and acceleration abilities, Patrick Schneider was particularly successful over the short sprint distance of 60 meters in the hall . His German championship record over 60 meters of 6.54 s, which he set up on the occasion of the German Indoor Championships in Karlsruhe in 1999, is still valid today (as of 2015). Also in 1999 he was a semi-final participant over 60 meters at the World Indoor Championships in Maebashi, Japan.
