Patrik Tybor (born September 16, 1987 ) is a Slovak cyclist .

Athletic career

Patrik Tybor began his career in 2006 with the Slovakian Continental Team Dukla Trencin . At the 2006 road cycling world championships in Salzburg , he finished 95th in the U23 road race. He won one stage each at the Grand Prix Bradlo (2009) and the Baltic Chain Tour (2013). Several times he took second and third places in national championships, so he came third in the Slovak road championship in 2012 and 2013 (2012 behind Peter Sagan and Peter Velits , 2013 behind Sagan and Maroš Kováč ) and in 2014 third in the national time trial championship (behind Velits and Kováč). In the 2015 Tour of Bulgaria , he won two stages and the points classification and came third overall. In 2016 he was able to record two stage successes ( Tour du Cameroun and Tour du Maroc ). He started in the road race of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and finished 45th.
