Manor Church
A Gutskirche ( Gutskapelle ) or Patronatskirche is under the church patron of Gutsherrn properties, often in local proximity to the farm location village church .
It was the responsibility of the patron to preserve the church building; on the other hand, he was able to dispose of certain benefits flowing to the church in his favor; he had the privilege of being mentioned by name in general church prayer and the establishment of a patronage box or private chapel. In the event of death, he was entitled to a special church bell and a family crypt within the manor church.
