The Paul-Klee-Gymnasium (PKG) is a science , technology , language and economics high school in Gersthofen .
history
The high school was founded in 1971. In the first years of its existence, the classes had to be temporarily housed in other buildings. The current school building was occupied in the 1974/75 school year. The school has been named after the painter Paul Klee since 1985 . In 2007 the extension was completed.

Awards for students
- In 2000, Martin Aulbach won the federal mathematics competition as the national winner .
- The grammar school gained nationwide fame through the student project People under the Terror of National Socialism . In this student project, the relationship between the Gersthofen community, industry and the population with regard to forced labor in the Third Reich was examined, which was honored among other awards with the 2004 Josef Felder Prize of the BayernSPD.
- In 2005 the students Matthias Dübgen, Peter Jaschke and Andreas Raba won the national youth research competition.
- In 2008, four students won the data analysis competition at the University of Augsburg .
- In 2008, class 8a won a competition organized by the Goethe Institute .
- In 2008, eight students from the Paul-Klee-Gymnasium won the 55th European competition .
- In 2010 Martin Thoma was the national winner in the national computer science competition .
school-building
The building has three floors with two auditoriums . There are also three computer rooms. Due to the increased number of hours in the G8 , a cafeteria had to be built.
