Paul Eitel

Paul Eitel (* 1957 in Herisau ) is a Swiss lawyer , attorney and university professor at the University of Lucerne .

Life

After the Matura Type B 1978 in Zofingen studied Eitel at the University of Bern Law . There he graduated in 1984 with a licentiate , later worked as a research assistant and received his doctorate in 1991. He obtained his habilitation in 1997. From 2003 he was a part-time associate professor and from 2006 a full-time full professor at the University of Lucerne. He was a lecturer at the Universities of Bern (1999–2002) and Freiburg (since 2002). He has also been adjunct professor at the University of Freiburg since 2012 .

In 1986 he was admitted to the bar of the Canton of Lucerne . Since 1991 he has also worked part-time as a lawyer.
