Paul Everton

Paul Everton (born September 19, 1868 in New York City , † February 26, 1948 in Woodland Hills , Los Angeles ) was an American actor.

Everton had been a busy silent film actor since 1915 . Among other things, he played the role of the German military attaché - and later Chancellor - Franz von Papen in the 1918 propaganda feature film series Eagle Eyes , which deals with the activities of German spies in the United States in the early years of the First World War .

In the 1930s, Everton also appeared in stage musicals such as Cole Porter's Anything Goes .
