Paul Langemak

Paul Langemak (born November 23, 1835 in Bergen , † November 11, 1926 in Stralsund ) was a German politician and judiciary.

Langemak was born in 1835 as the son of a district court director. He worked as a judicial councilor in Stralsund. Langemak belonged to the Reich Association against Social Democracy , founded in 1904 , of which he was the local group chairman. On September 24, 1917 he was a co-founder of the Stralsund local group of the German Fatherland Party , as its secretary he appeared.

In 1872 he was awarded an honorary doctorate. In recognition of his achievements in setting up the Provincial Hospitals (today: Hospital West ) in Stralsund, he was made an honorary citizen of Stralsund on June 5, 1912 . He was awarded the Red Eagle Order 3rd and 4th Class and the Crown Order 3rd Class by the state .

Langemak died in Stralsund in 1926. His son of the same name Paul Langemak (1867–1947) was a member of the Prussian State Council .
