Paul Nieder-Westermann (born October 3, 1892 in Bochum-Langendreer , † October 10, 1957 in Bochum ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Live and act

After attending primary and secondary schools in Langendreer and Pyrmont, Paul Nieder-Westermann studied at the Hohenheim and Stuttgart agricultural universities .

On April 1, 1933 Nieder-Westermann was appointed leader of the Oberstaffel Westfalen-Süd and later leader of the Standard M 70 with the National Socialist Motor Vehicle Corps (NSKK) . On March 1, 1935, he was appointed NSKK leader of the Motor Group Westphalia. In the NSKK he reached the rank of Obergruppenführer in 1943.

From March 1936 until the end of Nazi rule in spring 1945, Nieder-Westermann also sat as a member of the National Socialist Reichstag for constituency 18 (South Westphalia) .
