Paul Eugène Célestin Perquer (born October 3, 1859 in Le Havre , † unknown) was a French sailor .
successes
Paul Perquer took part in the 1900 Olympic Games in Paris , where he competed in the boat class 10 to 20 tons . Together with Émile Billard , he won the first and third of a total of three races with the yacht Estérel and finished second in the second. With 29 total points, Perquer and Billard won the regatta ahead of the Quand-même by Jean Decazes and the Laurea by Edward Hore , making them Olympic champions .
