Paul Simsa

Paul Joseph Simsa (born May 3, 1924 in Potsdam ; † March 8, 2013 ) was a German motor journalist.

Life

Simsa first worked at Adler in Frankfurt, where he wrote operating instructions for new motorcycle models. At the same time, he wrote specialist publications for Motor-Presse Verlag , where he was hired as a permanent employee in 1955. In 1952 he received his doctorate in Mainz on the subject of sacred royalty among Indians of the North American Southeast .

From 1960 to 1973 he held the position of editor-in-chief of mot magazine . Before that he was editor-in-chief of the magazine Roller-Mobil-Kleinwagen at Motor-Presse Verlag.
