Paul Windolf

Paul Windolf (* 1946 in Düsseldorf ) is a German sociologist.

Windolf studied sociology , economics and history at the University of Freiburg , the Sorbonne in Paris, the FU Berlin , received his doctorate in 1979 at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster and completed his habilitation in 1987 at the University of Marburg (license to teach sociology). After academic activities in Münster, Berlin and Marburg, Windolf became an adjunct professor at Heidelberg University in 1987 . Since 1992 he has been a full professor at the University of Trier .

His main focus is political economy (work, personnel, organization).
