Paule Baudouin (born October 25, 1984 in Saint-Denis , France ) is a French handball player . She plays handball for the French first division club Nantes Loire Atlantique and in the French national handball team .
Career
Paule Baudouin played for the French club CA Boissy from 1998. A year later, the winger US Ivry HB joined. From 2003 Baudouin was under contract with the French first division club Le Havre AC Handball , with whom she won the French Cup in 2006. After the right-hander started playing for Issy-les-Moulineaux in 2008 , she switched to the Danish first division team Esbjerg two years later . In the 2010/11 season Baudouin was under contract with the French first division club Union Mios Biganos-Bègles , with whom she won the EHF Challenge Cup . In the following season she ran again for Le Havre AC Handball, with which she also won the EHF Challenge Cup.
Baudouin moved to the French top club Metz Handball in 2012 . With Metz, she won the French championship in 2013 and 2014, the French Cup in 2013 and the French League Cup in 2014. In October 2010, Baudoin was signed by the German Bundesliga club SG BBM Bietigheim . From the 2016/17 season she was under contract with the French first division club CJF Fleury Loiret Handball. In July 2018 she joined the French club Nantes Loire Atlantique Handball .
Paule Baudouin made her debut for the French national team on April 4, 2004. With the French team she took part in the Olympic Games in 2008 and 2012 . Her greatest successes with the French selection were winning the bronze medal at the 2006 European Championships as well as winning the silver medals at the 2009 and 2011 World Championships .
