Paulina Hougaard-Jensen (born October 11, 1996 in Copenhagen ) is a Danish national volleyball player . The middle blocker has been playing for the ladies in Black Aachen since 2020 .

Career

Hougaard-Jensen grew up as the daughter of a Dane and a German in Copenhagen and attended Falkonergårdens Gymnasium in Frederiksberg . She started her career at Brøndby Volleyball Club . With the club, the middle blocker won the Danish Cup in 2014 and 2015. In the 2015/16 season she was named the best middle blocker in the league. From 2016 to 2019 she studied at Colorado State University and played for the university team Rams. Then the Danish national player moved to the French first division club Municipal Olympique Mougins Volley-Ball. In 2020, Hougaard-Jensen was signed by the German Bundesliga club Ladies in Black Aachen .
