Maddie Haynes (born February 10 or October 2, 1998 in Rocklin , California ) is an American volleyball player . The outside attacker has been playing for the Ladies in Black Aachen since 2020 .
Career
Haynes began playing volleyball at the age of twelve, having previously played basketball . She first played at Rocklin High School. She also played in the United States' national junior team. At the beginning of her career she changed positions several times. Via the middle block and the diagonal attack she came to the outside attack. From 2016 to 2019, Haynes studied at the University of California, Berkeley and played on the university team Bears. In 2020 she was signed by the German Bundesliga club Ladies in Black Aachen .
