Paweł Linka (born June 26, 1986 in Poznan , Poland ) is a former Polish football goalkeeper .

Career

Linka began his career in the youth team of the TPS Winogrady. In 2003 he came to his first professional station. At Amica Wronki he was under contract until 2004 and came to his first two appearances in the highest Polish league. In 2004 he played briefly with Promień Żary before returning to Amica Wronki.

In 2006 Lech Posen signed him. Linka also had his first international assignment at Lech. The goalkeeper played in the UI Cup game of the 2006/07 season (1st round) against Moldovan representatives FC Tiraspol in the 1-0 defeat in the first leg on July 1, 2006.

After only one year in Poznan, the goalkeeper was deported to Odra Wodzisław on loan . After only one use at Odra, he returned to Poznan and was only second substitute goalkeeper there. From January to June 2009 he played in Greece for Skoda Xanthi , before moving back to his homeland to Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała as a substitute goalkeeper behind Richard Zajac . Until the summer of 2011 he was only used there once. He then spent six months without a club before joining GKS Dopiewo in early 2012. He ended his career there in 2013.

Linka appeared twice for the Polish U-21 team .
