Paweł Urbański (born June 27, 1987 in Zakopane ) is a former Polish ski jumper .

Career

Urbański started in June 2002 for the first time in an FIS race and made his debut in February 2004 with a 75th place in Zakopane in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup . In the 2004/05 season he made it into the top 30 five times and by winning the Engelberg competition he achieved by far his best career result in the Continental Cup, with a total of 137 points at the end of the season and 47th place overall. One of his greatest successes was winning the silver medal in the team competition of the Junior World Championships 2005 in Rovaniemi together with Wojciech Topór , Piotr Żyła and Kamil Stoch . All in all, his international career lasted only three seasons, his last start in the World Cup was at the age of 20 in 2007. He also won medals at the championships in Silesia, the Polish championships in ski jumping and the National Junior Olympics.
