Peggy Wagenführ (born November 14, 1976 in Räckelwitz , Oberlausitz ) is a former German biathlete .

Peggy Wagenführ from SSV Altenberg was a sports soldier . She made her debut in 1995 as 33rd in the Biathlon World Cup in Lillehammer . She achieved her best result in Oberhof in 1996 , where she was fourth in the pursuit after finishing ninth in the sprint. Until 2002 it was used frequently in the World Cup. In the 1998/99 season she was 34th in the overall World Cup.

In 2000 in Zakopane she started at the European Championships. She finished fifth in the individual, eighth in the sprint, and fourth in the pursuit. With the season, which also included Kati Wilhelm , Simone Denkinger and Janet Klein , she won the bronze medal.

After her active biathlon time, Peggy Wagenführ started with success in roller skiing. She was able to achieve podium places in German and international championships and, among other things, became vice world champion with the relay.
