The Perkins Canyon is a canyon in the West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . The canyon is located on the north side of the Wisconsin Range of the Horlick Mountains at the head of the Quonset Glacier between the Ruseski Buttress and Mount LeSchack .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own surveys and using aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1959 and 1960. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1962 after the geophysicist David M. Perkins, who was to occupy the Byrd station in the Antarctic winter 1961 heard.
