Perla Haney-Jardine (born July 17, 1997 in Rio de Janeiro ) is an American actress .

Life

Perla Haney-Jardine is the daughter of the Venezuelan director Chusy Haney-Jardine and the film producer Jennifer Macdonald. She first appeared in commercials .

From the mid-2000s, she starred in films like Kill Bill - Volume 2 and Spider-Man 3 . In the action film Kill Bill - Volume 2 (2004) she played the four-year-old daughter of Beatrix Kiddo and Bill, directed by Quentin Tarantino , BB. In 2005 she was nominated for the Saturn Award in the category “Best Young Actor” ( Best Performance by a Younger Actor ) for her performance .

In the British drama Genova from 2008, she starred opposite Colin Firth ; she played the younger daughter of a family man and widower, who is responsible for her mother's accidental death. In the 2012 film drama Future Weather , she finally played a leading role again alongside Amy Madigan . She embodied the teenager Lauduree, a young girl from the American Midwest who, abandoned by her mother, takes her life into her own hands.
