Peter and Paul Window in Fitz-James

The Peter and Paul Window in the Catholic parish church of St-Pierre-St-Paul in Fitz-James , a French parish in the Oise department in the Hauts-de-France region , was created in the first half of the 16th century. The stained glass window in the Renaissance style was added to the list of listed objects ( Base Palissy ) in France in 1906 as Monument historique .

The three meter high and 1.40 meter wide window No. 1 in the choir with two lancets comes from an unknown workshop. It depicts the apostles Peter (left with key) and Paul (right with sword). Below left is an unknown donor and below right a female donor who comes from another window. In tracery one's Pietà shown.

The window was restored by the Claude Courageux studio in Crèvecœur-le-Grand after 1918 .
